Delivery & Lead Times

All of our products are personally hand delivered, ensuring that your order reaches you safely and carefully from our  Lincolnshire workshop to your door. See below the drop down list of delivery options depending on the items you have ordered….
Lead times are estimates and can vary from season to season. If your order is being delivered please be aware it may take longer depending on how many orders we have near you. Our delivery schedules ensure we send out as many orders as we can in one delivery to help reduce our carbon footprint.

Delivery

Delivery details – Our bespoke bird boxes are delivered via our trusted courier company to anywhere in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

Delivery charges – Our current delivery charge is £3.49 per bird box ordered throughout anywhere in mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Packaging – We ensure that it is securely boxed and packaged up to make sure that it arrives to you safely.

Collect from Workshop – We also give you the option to collect from our workshop once they are ready to be collected. We will contact you when your order has been completed.

Lead Times

All of our Bird boxes are personally handcrafted by our highly skilled carpenters. Due to the amount of work and time required, we place an estimated lead time of 2 – 3 weeks.

Delivery

Delivery details – Our bespoke Bird tables are hand delivered by either our in-house delivery drivers or via a highly dedicated and trustworthy family run courier company that specialise in handling unique products. We currently deliver to selected areas in England, Wales and Scotland.

Delivery charges – Delivery costs are based on the area of your delivery destination as well as the quantity of unique products purchased. For full delivery charges, this can be viewed on our checkout page when you type in your delivery details.

Please be aware that from time to time we may be unable to make delivery to particular areas, if this is the case we will contact you before we confirm your order. Delivery options that available for your shipping address will be displayed once you type in your address at the online checkout on the website.

Unfortunately we don’t currently make deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands, Isle of Man,  Cornwall, Devon, Pembroke, Cardigan, Camarthen or the Channel Islands via any of our delivery methods.

Packaging – All your items will arrive fully assembled and will be securely wrapped to ensure your order is not damaged during transit. If your order is courier delivered, the finial on the bird tables and wooden obelisks will be placed in a small box to ensure it’s not damaged. Once your items are situated in place, the finials can be easily twisted into place by hand.

Collect from Workshop – We also give you the option to collect from our workshop once they are ready to be collected. We will contact you when your order has been completed. Please ensure that your mode of transport is sufficient for the size of the items purchased.

Cheques must be made payable to Dominic Robinson and posted to our Workshop address Riddleton End, Inghams Road, Tetney, Lincolnshire DN36 5LW. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
